  • Civil – Main St. – Brinkhaven
  • Assisted OSP – Millersburg Rd. / Bridge St.
  • Prowler call – in the 200 block of East Walnut St.
  • Dispatched an injured deer and issued a deer slip – Millersburg Rd. / Mickley Rd.
  • Unsecured building – Market St.

  • Verbal threats – in the 100 block of East Main St.
  • Parking complaint – in the 15000 block of Danville-Jelloway Rd.
  • Dog complaint – in the 300 block of North St.
  • A 22 yr. old male from Danville was issued traffic citations for speed and driving under suspension

Nov. 16

  • Assisted the Sheriff’s Office on a suspicious person call – Apple Valley Marina
  • Suspicious vehicle – in the 300 block of South Cedar St.
  • A 50 yr. old male from Butler was issued a traffic citation for speed
  • Assisted the Squad/EMTs – Mickley Rd.
  • Assisted the Sheriff’s Office on a deer crash – Bosehart Rd.

  • Assisted the Sheriff’s Office on an auto crash – Millersburg Rd. / Hopewell Rd.
  • A 63 yr. old male from Walhounding was issued a traffic citation for speed
  • Conducted a DARE class for the 5th. grade students

  • A 59 yr. old male from Akron was issued a traffic citation for speed
  • A 62 yr. old male from Danville was issued a traffic citation for speed
  • A 69 yr. old male from Danville was issued a traffic citation for speed
  • A 24 yr. old male from Columbus was issued a traffic citation for speed
  • Responded to a residential alarm – in the 400 block of Crabapple Dr.
  • Suspicious vehicle w/person – West Washington St.

Nov. 20

  • Investigated a sex offense
  • Parking complaint – in the 400 block of South Market St.

Nov. 21

  • Corey Offinger age 38 from Gambier was indicted by the Knox County Grand Jury for assault on a peace officer a 4th. degree felony and for resisting arrest a 2nd. degree misdemeanor from an incident that occurred on 11/18/2022 on South Market St.  
  • Responded to a suicide attempt
  • Assault case being investigated

  • Assist citizen – East Walnut St.
