A complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report items stolen approximately four months ago from a residence that they used to live at, the property stolen was clothing and jewelry.
A complainant reported that she found evidence that person(s) unknown had entered her residence. A report was made for documentation.
Deputies were assisted by Mount Vernon Police Department at a residence on South Adams Street in reference to a disturbance. During the course of the investigation, a male was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct-Persist and Obstructing Official Business. A female was arrested and charged with Obstructing Official Business, Assault and Resisting Arrest. Another female was issued a summons in lieu of arrest for Criminal Trespass. Two people were transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.
