Customer Service Position. Full Time, 9 am-4 pm Monday-Friday.
We are a small, long-standing screen-printing shop in Mount Vernon, Ohio, seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate. This position serves and assists the customers through the process of ordering custom garments, and keeps track of the various projects in process at the shop at any given time.
The ideal person for this position:
-enjoys working with the public and has a friendly, flexible attitude – customer happiness is our number one priority and this position is the public-face of our business.
-has excellent written and verbal communication skills. Computer aptitude is also important – approximately 60% of customer communication is via email, 40% phone and in person.
-is extremely organized – this position must oversee and keep track of multiple projects in various stages of completion, sometimes upwards of 30 projects at once over a given time period.
-is able to work in a hot environment
-is able to lift 35 pound box
Starting wage for this position is $14/hr. At solid competence in the position, $16/hr, with opportunity for more as skill is acquired.
