Deputies responded to a disturbance in the 500 block of Floral Valley Drive W. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted an investigation on a domestic incident. After the investigation, a report was filed for documentation purposes on a probation violation with the involved suspect and the report will be forwarded to children’s services for review.

A deputy was dispatched to a location on Columbus Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050 to dispatch a deer that had been struck by a vehicle. The deputy arrived on the scene and observed the injured deer in the ditch near the road. The deputy dispatched the deer using his office-issued sidearm. A report was made to document the incident.

A complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office and said that they were a landlord and tenants were removing property that they were not supposed to. A report was filed to document the incident and both
parties were told to contact their attorneys.

A deputy was dispatched to Chase Avenue in Gambier for an unauthorized use of a motor vehicle complaint. Dispatch advised that the caller’s boyfriend took her vehicle overnight and wrecked it in an unknown location. The deputy responded and made contact with the complainant.
