On 9/21 at approx 12:00 pm, FCFD was dispatched to a miscellaneous fire/scrap wood pile on Ridge Rd.
Upon arrival, units found approx 2/3 of an acre of wood, in some places stacked 12′ tall on fire.
FF Haley Rook was incident commander, and quickly called for additional resources and water tankers.

There were no injuries and the building was saved.
Due to the size of the fire, and the type of wood involved it was contained and permitted to continue to burn.
