The Mount Vernon Municipal Civil Service Commission will hold a special public meeting on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. in Council Chambers at City Hall, 40 Public Square, Mount Vernon, Ohio for the limited purpose of discussing the following:
- Multiple job description changes/adjustments
- Updating Civil Service Commission rules/regulations to reflect changes in ORC 124.26
- Regular Civil Service testing schedule for establishment of hiring lists
- Evaluations for retention points per Ohio Administrative Code standards
