Offenses

July 10
An officer responded to the 400 block of East High Street in reference to a theft. This incident is under investigation and any further information will be supplemented into this report.

August 10
an officer spoke with an individual who resides on Monroe Street regarding a trespassing complaint. Conrad Burke was arrested for trespass in a habitation.

August 11
An officer received a phone call in reference to harassment.

An officer was dispatched to 1616 Coshocton Road (Hot Rods) on a report of a male who tried to use a fake ID to buy alcohol. The owner noticed it was a fake ID and did not sell the alcohol to the individual. The individual then fled the scene and left behind the fake ID. The officer was unable to locate the suspect based on the ID information. The ID will be placed into evidence to be destroyed and a receipt showing a different birthday from the ID was obtained. No charges were filed.

August 13
An officer spoke with a female over the phone that reported her daughter being harassed while working, from an unknown male. The male was later identified and was trespassed from the business. Nothing further to report.

August 11

August 12
Carley L. Ash was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

August 14
Austin Patterson was cited for DUS – FRA and random verification suspension and failed to file for annual registration.
Joseph M. Hicks was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.
Paige M. Miller was cited for failure to maintain an assured clear distance ahead.
Juan R. Vasquez was cited for operator/chauffeur license required.
