Anytime Fitness is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for helping others improve their lives through health and fitness. This is an entry level position and industry experience is not required, but first-rate people skills and a self-motivated work ethic are! Work in a fun, upbeat atmosphere where every day is different.
Entry Level General Manager:
The perfect applicant will be a team leader, have a passion for health and fitness, and most importantly, be a great representative of our brand! To be considered for this position, you must be a high-energy self-starter, have an extroverted personality, be a good motivator/coach, and enjoy sales, marketing, and building great culture in the club.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Manage and develop membership sales pipeline.
· Establish and maintain a positive presence in the local community.
· Help maintain a clean and inviting environment for members.
· Develop and nurture relationships with prospective members through outreach calls, appointment setting, and club tours.
· Manage facility operations to include maintaining standards, managing staff, and providing excellent customer service.
· Be an ambassador of the Anytime Fitness brand.
Experience & Qualifications:
· Sales & management experience is a plus but not required.
· Passion for health and helping others.
· Ability to maximize sales opportunities and achieve personal sales goals.
· Self-motivated and hard working.
· Strong leadership ability.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to multi-task.
· Exceptional customer service skills.
· Comfortable with local, community-based networking.
Additional Requirements:
· Must be available to work the staff hours from Monday-Thursday from 10 am-7 pm and Fridays from 10 am-5 pm. Staffing may mandate some Saturdays from 9 am-12 pm.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
