July 19
Deputies responded to an active disturbance taking place on Winesap Circle, Howard, Ohio, 43028. Deputies secured the scene for EMS to arrive who transported a male to the Knox Community Hospital.

Deputies received a fraud complaint. Deputies filed a report on the complainant’s behalf.

A deputy was dispatched to 101 West Scott Ln for a lost property complaint. Dispatch advised the caller lost their passport and needed to file a report. Contact was made with the complainant.

A deputy was advised of a theft that had occurred on Duff St. I was advised that someone had removed two catalytic converters from a vehicle. I responded to the area and made contact with the owner.

A deputy spoke to the complainant at his residence on Highland Drive, Fredericktown, Ohio. The complainant wanted to report a threatening voicemail that was left by his niece.

July 20
A deputy received a call from the Knox County Victim’s Advocate stating there was a person in her office wanting to report a domestic violence incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on South Edgewood Road. The operator, Steven L. Keener Jr., was arrested as a result of an active arrest warrant and transported to the Knox County jail.
