Offenses
July 6
an officer responded to East Vine Street in reference to a domestic violence complaint that was called in by a third party. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with a female behind the house that had visible injuries to her head. The female stated she was assaulted by her ex-husband. Nickolas Bevan was subsequently arrested and charged with domestic violence and assault.
July 7
An officer was dispatched to CES Credit Union at 1215 Yauger Road for fraud. The incident is under investigation.
July 8
An officer was dispatched to the Knox Community Hospital at 1330 Coshocton Avenue for found drugs.
July 9
A female indicated that she was involved in a road rage incident and was assaulted on Newark Road. No suspects at this time. A report was filed.
An officer spoke to a male at the Mount Vernon Police Department about a fraud complaint. A report was taken, and an investigation is pending.
Officers were dispatched to the area of Riverside Park in reference to a potential robbery. This incident will be forwarded to investigations for further review.

An officer was dispatched to West Burgess Street for the theft of a bike.
