We need skilled Machine Operators to set up, maintain and operate machinery. Great machine operators are reliable and have great attention to detail. We offer on-the-job training; candidates must have a willingness to learn and improve. Being a team player is essential since all tasks require collaboration with co-workers. Our goal is to ensure that production procedures are carried out smoothly and maximize efficiency.
Responsibilities
· Set up & tear down jobs as instructed
· Hand feed raw material into manual & semi-automated machines
· Drive forklift to stage raw materials
· QC product for quality & defects during setup and throughout run
· Fix issues that might occur during the shift
Requirements and skills
· Proven experience as a machine operator
· Working knowledge of hand fed and high-speed machinery
· Understanding of production procedures
· Ability to read drawings and job tickets
· Forklift Experience
· Attention to detail
· Teamwork and communication skills
· Physical stamina and strength
· Accountability
· Great Attendance

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
