June 11
A deputy was dispatched to Ridgeland Drive on a threats call. The complainant had stated that he was threatened with a knife. After speaking with witnesses and the parties involved a male, Larry A. Fox, was taken into custody. Nothing further at this time.

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for an equipment violation on South Mulberry Street. Indicators of impairment were noticed by the deputy and the driver was asked to perform field sobriety tests. The driver, Jordan Collins, was arrested for OVI and transported to the Knox County Jail. Jordan was also issued two summons in lieu of arrests for possession of drug paraphernalia and for possessing a schedule III drug without a prescription.

June 12
A deputy was dispatched to Cullison Road. A complainant stated her Daughter and a friend got into a physical altercation with unknown individuals. A report was taken for documentation purposes. Nothing further at this point.

A complainant contacted Knox County Sheriff’s Office regarding vandalism, a deputy made contact with the caller and a report was taken.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Roberts Road on an unruly juvenile. A complainant called in stating that their foster child has been defiant and unruly toward her and her husband for the past couple of weeks. The complainant was wanting a deputy to come to their residence and speak to the child about her behavior. The juvenile was warned on her conduct and a report was written for documentation purposes.

June 13
Deputies responded to an incident on Vanatta Road. The complainant advised she was the victim of a domestic violence that occurred in Marion County. The initial report was taken then it was forwarded to Marion County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Weber Road on a possible trespassing and vandalism to property. Statements and photographs were collected on the scene and the suspect, Emmett N. Mitchell, was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail without incident.
