Primary Functions:

- Troubleshoot to resolve problems or complaints.

- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills and excellent people skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others. Clear and concise language/grammar.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Must be willing to take the initiative and be self-motivated.
- Cooperative, team oriented, patient, calm under pressure, and able to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to travel to customer and prospects sites.
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
