May 23
Damaged property (unknown cause)– in the 400 block of South Market St.
Vandalism – in the 200 block of East Walnut St.
Duane L. Stutzman age 65 of Dundee was issued a traffic citation for speed

May 24
Assisted the squad EMTs – in the 27000 block of Coshocton Rd.
Missing juvenile – in the 200 block of Plum St.
Assisted the sheriff’s office – in the 200 block of Plum St.
Jacob M. Travis age 29 of Danville was issued a traffic citation for a seat belt violation
Suspicious vehicle w/person – in the 100 block of East Main St.
Responded to a domestic call in the 200 block of South Market St. involving a domestic altercation between Johnathan D. Beaver age 38 and Megan R. Neely age 36. The report will be forwarded to the prosecutor for charges

May 25
Dog complaint – West Washington St.
Checked on the well-being of a citizen – in the 200 block of East Washington St.
Assisted the sheriff’s office in executing an arrest warrant – West Washington St.
Theft – in the 400 block of South Linwood St.
Diane Goudy age 51 of Danville was arrested on an active arrest warrant
Assisted the sheriff’s office in executing an arrest warrant – Millwood

May 26
Sara A. Smith (Salyer) age 41 of Danville was arrested on a probation warrant. Charges of obstruction and harboring a fugitive will also be filed against Smith stemming from another arrest warrant that was executed on May 25 of another individual

May 27
Suspicious person – Bridge of Dreams, Brinkhaven
Parking complaint – in the 400 block of South Market St.
Trespassing – in the 200 block of East Walnut St.
Diana Jackson age 59 of Akron was issued a traffic citation for a stop sign violation
Aaron Jackson age 56 of Akron was issued a traffic citation for a seatbelt violation and a citation for an open container in a vehicle. During the traffic stop, it was discovered that Jackson had an active arrest warrant out of Portage County. Jackson was arrested and transported to the Knox County Jail

Assisted the sheriff’s office on a disturbance call – Cotton St.
Checked on the well-being of a citizen – Plum St.
Suspicious person – Village Park
Maria Gomez Rodriguez age 30 of Sugarcreek was issued a traffic citation for a child restraint violation

May 29
Assisted the sheriff’s office on a domestic violence call – in the 19000 block of Brinkhaven Rd.
Assisted the sheriff’s office on a complaint of 4-wheelers trespassing on private property – Turkey Ridge Rd.
Assisted the sheriff’s office on an active fight call – in the 23000 block of Walley Rd.
Trespassing – Riley Chapel Rd.
Suspicious persons – East Main St./Cedar St.
