A complainant contacted the Knox County Sheriff’s Office regarding a report of an assault. Deputies arrived and a report was taken.

A complainant contacted the Knox County Sheriff’s Office regarding telecommunication harassment. A Deputy made contact with the complainant and a report was taken.

A complainant called to report that a suspicious male came into his store with a handful of rocks and advised that he wanted to blow something up. The complainant advised that the male was seen on surveillance cameras the night before around the time of midnight. A deputy responded and made contact with the complainant. The complainant showed photographs that were taken of the individual, and surveillance photos were forwarded to the deputy’s email to be attached to the report. A report was completed for documentation, and extra patrols were logged in the area.

An offender was arrested on a holder warrant from Adult Parole and transferred to the Knox County Jail without incident.

The complainant reported that 3 people trespassed on his property after he told them to leave. The three suspects, David M. Blubaugh, Diane L. Blubaugh and Clement J. Strausbaugh, were issued Summons in Lieu of Arrest and left the area.

  1. Why don’t you name the person’s arrested? Are you protecting the criminals over the victims? I thought you work for the taxpayers, not the lawbreakers. We need to know so we can be safe.
