A representative from Behavioral Health Partners requested a deputy accompany them to a residence to perform a welfare check on an individual. A deputy responded with the representative. The BHP representative determined that the individual needed to be evaluated further at Knox Community Hospital. The individual was transported to the hospital without incident and turned over to the care of hospital staff and BHP.

A complainant called the Sheriff’s Office and reported a disturbance in her house.

A deputy was dispatched to Centerburg Commons on a disturbance where a resident was yelling and had broken a window in the apartment and the caller believed that the subject was in need of help due to a mental disorder.

A deputy spoke to the complainant by telephone. The complainant stated that he was notified by unemployment that someone had changed his pin and filed a claim in his name.

A deputy was dispatched to North Clayton Street in Centerburg on a phone harassment complaint that had been going on for half of the night.

Deputies were dispatched to a motel on Harcourt Road, Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050 on a disturbance. Deputies arrived and made contact with both parties of the incident. Neither party wished the other to be charged for any crimes committed during the incident. Deputies stayed on the scene until the parent of the male individual could pick him up and remove him from the scene.
