Arck Sentenced to 9-12 Years on 3 Drug Cases

Casey Arck, 40, of Mount Vernon, pleaded guilty in three drug cases on Thursday and was sentenced to 9-12 years in prison by Judge Richard Wetzel. Arck entered guilty pleas to aggravated possession of methamphetamine (almost one pound); and two aggravated possession of cocaine charges. The nine-year aggregate sentence is mandatory and he will not be eligible for release before that sentence is served.
In addition to the prison sentence, Arck is forfeiting more than $10,000 in drug proceeds to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office and Mount Vernon Police Department. The cases were investigated by KCSO Det. Terry Wolfe and MVPD Ptl. Paige Sims.

  1. Is it possible to find out where he will serve his prison time? I would like to visit him, if possible.
