RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process, scan and sort incoming mail by company specifications
- Balance and process reports
- Prepare block work transactions and process Branch Source Capture transactions for other operations departments
- Process ACH and Returns for internal bank divisions
- Cross-train and provide support for applicable retail functions (such as posting and encoding errors, missing transactions, special statement requests)
- Partner with another team member and travel to the local Post Office to retrieve incoming mail, 2-3 times per week on rotational basis
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
- Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards

SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday 8 am-5 pm, and Saturdays on rotation from 8 am-12 pm. This position is hourly and full-time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally, the position will require 40 hours per week.
