I am currently looking to purchase a house with 3 to 5 acres with mostly tillable ground (very few trees if any). We are also open to the idea of buying land as well and building. The following is what we are looking for in a house:
– 3 to 5 acres of mostly tillable ground
– 1 bed and 1 bath and 600 sq ft minimum
– a oversized garage or preferably a pole barn/shop with a 10 ft high door minimum. Finished would be preferred.
