Offenses

January 19
An officer was advised that there was a male in a green truck on West Vine Street and South Main Street that was rocking back and forth. The officer responded to check the welfare of the male. Adam Quinn was issued a summons for drug paraphernalia.

January 20
An officer was dispatched to PNC Bank at 23 Public Square for a male attempting to cash a fraudulent check. No charges have been filed.

An officer responded to Follin Avenue in reference to a disturbance. Andre Plikered was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

January 21
Officers responded to Mitchell Avenue on a report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, David Cross was found inside the residence and was warned on previous calls on criminal trespass. Cross was arrested for criminal trespass and transported to the jail without further incident. A report was filed.

An officer received a complaint of a theft that occurred on West Lamartine Street. A report was filed for this alleged incident. The suspect was unable to be identified at the time of this report. Extra patrol was requested for the residence. This investigation has been closed.

January 22
Units were dispatched to West Ohio Avenue for a possible burglary. The incident was investigated and resolved. A black Trek FX2 Disc bike was found while investigating this incident.

Units were dispatched for a 911 hang-up call coming from the area of Moss Ross (Moss Rose) located on West Ohio Street. This incident was investigated and resolved.

January 23
Joshua Scarbury was arrested on two arrest warrants issued by the Mansfield Police Department. No additional charges were filed.

Brittany K. Vilardo was cited for DUS – unpaid civil judgment.
Aimee R. Cox was cited for expired license plates.
Cassandra L. Colgan was cited for expired license plates.

January 22
Tanner L. Plichta was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Luis J. Cornell was cited for changing lanes without safety and driving under the influence.
Tiffany A. Cline was cited for OVI – at least .08 but less than .17 of alcohol per 210 liters of breath and OVI – driving under the influence.
Mary E. Poorman was cited for no operator’s license.
Scott A. Heffner was cited for window tint.
Angelique Van Rhoden was cited for operation at a stop sign.
Hannah R. Legros was cited for expired license plates.
Alisha D. Sapp was cited for OVI – driving under the influence, failure to control, and .17 or more of alcohol per 210 liters of breath.

January 23
Michael R. McDonald Jr. was charged with OVI – under the influence and failure to control.
