January 5
Unit One was traveling east on Newcastle Road when a dog ran out in front of him. Unit One swerved to avoid the dog causing Unit One to leave the roadway striking the ditch.

A driver stated that he lost control of his vehicle, driving left of center and into the ditch on the opposite side of the road striking a utility pole causing damage to the vehicle and pole.

January 6
Unit One was attempting to stop at a stop sign when Unit One slid through it. Unit One went off the roadway and struck a guidewire. Utility Pole Guide Wire Energy Co-op 1500 Granville Road Newark Ohio, 43055 (800) 255-6815.

Unit One was negotiating a curve when Unit One lost control and went off the roadway. Unit One then traveled back across the roadway and came to rest in the opposite lane of travel.

A caller reported that his Walmart credit card was used online. Contact was made with the offender. It was determined a third party had used the offender’s name and address to have the item delivered. A report is being done for documentation.

January 7
A caller reported someone had used his identity to open an account with Spectrum. The account went to collections. A report is being done for documentation.
