November 30
A complainant called 911 advising that her granddaughter was attempting suicide by cutting herself. Contact was made with the juvenile and her mother. The juvenile was transported to Children’s Hospital in Columbus by Centerburg Fire. A report was made for documentation.
A welfare check was requested and conducted on a female. The female was located and found to be okay. A male suspect was trespassed from the premises and a report was made for documentation.
December 1
A deputy was dispatched to a residential hall on Ward Street in Gambier Ohio 43022 on a female who had inflicted self-harm by cutting her wrist. A deputy arrived on the scene and made contact with EMS and the female. Evidence was collected and the female was transported to the Knox Community Hospital by EMS. The deputy completed a pink slip for the female at the hospital and cleared the scene.
