November 24
Deputies were dispatched to the incident location on the complaint of assault. Deputies responded and spoke to all parties involved. The offender was arrested and taken to the Knox County Jail.

November 25
Deputies were dispatched to a domestic disturbance. A male, Brett J. Jackson, was arrested for domestic violence and assault and transported to the Knox County Jail. A report was completed for documentation.

Patrick T. H. Burkes III was observed traveling on East Main Street in the area of South Clayton Street in a black Ford Mustang without any working headlights. The defendant was stopped and immediately exited his vehicle and attempted to leave the traffic stop. The defendant was given multiple lawful orders to stop failed to follow such orders. Burkes was advised to keep his hands out of his pockets numerous times and also failed to comply with those orders. While a pat-down of Burkes for weapons was being attempted, a struggle ensued and led to the arrest of Burkes. Burkes was arrested and charged with obstructing official business, resisting arrest and lighted lights on a vehicle required.

A complainant advised someone had attempted to receive credit cards while using her personal information. A report was taken on the complainant’s behalf.

Deputies responded to a disturbance on Coshocton Road between two employees. One employee was escorted off the property and a report will be forwarded to the City Law Director’s Office for review of charges.

November 26
Deputies conducted a traffic stop with a vehicle on Millwood Road near Millersburg Road. During the stop drugs and drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. Christopher A. Moran Jr. was arrested for possession of drugs.
