Offenses

November 17
Officers responded to East Pleasant Street in reference to a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers spoke with both parties involved and learned a female, Danicia Whitney, pointed a loaded gun at her live-in boyfriend during an argument. Danicia was arrested, transported to the Knox County Jail and is being charged with domestic violence and aggravated menacing.

A female reported a theft from her vehicle and the vehicle was parked in a parking lot on Coshocton Avenue. No suspects at this time. A report was filed.

Officers responded to an address on North Main Street on a report of a disturbance. A report was filed.

November 18
Units worked on an investigative complaint on West Vine Street in reference to a stolen trailer.

Officers responded to an address on Coshocton Avenue on a report of a domestic dispute. The individuals that were involved separated for the evening. A report was filed. The report was forwarded to the City Law Director for review.

November 19
Officers responded to a residence on East High Street in reference to a suspicious person. Upon arrival, the officers located a male and checked his welfare. He was later released and went inside a residence. While on the scene, a small amount of marijuana was located. An officer seized the marijuana and secured it into evidence to be destroyed.

An officer responded to A+ Autobrokers located on West High Street to assist Morrow County detectives on a warrant. One male was located, arrested, and transported to the Morrow County/Knox County line. He was released to the Morrow County Sheriff’s Office.

An officer responded to Something For Everyone located on North Sandusky Street on a report of shoplifting. No suspect was identified or located. A report was taken for documentation purposes.

November 20
An officer responded to Foster’s Pharmacy located on West High Street on a report of vandalism. The front window of Foster’s Pharmacy was found to be broken. No entry was made into the business. Report taken for documentation purposes.

An officer was dispatched to Town Center on West High Street in reference to a theft. The complainant advised that a male came into the store and stole a can of starter fluid. The case is under investigation.

An officer spoke to a complainant over the phone from East Pleasant Street in reference to a stolen bicycle. A report was taken.

November 21
Officers responded to Walmart on Coshocton Avenue in reference to a shoplifting. Upon arrival, an officer was advised that a made individual walked around the store, stuffed several items into a backpack and went into the bathroom. The male was located in the bathroom stall along with several opened packages. The missing items were later located stuffed in the male’s pants. The male was cited for theft and released.

November 18
Nobles T. James was cited for driving on street/posted “closed” and oversize/weight vehicle on local streets.
Troyona Robertson was cited for driving under OVI suspension.

November 19
Audra D. Naille was cited for drive in marked/continuous lines.

November 20
Jamie L. Parker was cited for driving under the influence.

November 21
Wyatt D. Karns was cited for red light.
Angela D. Bigley was cited for driving under an FRA suspension and changing lanes without safety.
Vauna Stoutenburgh was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
