Offenses

October 28
An officer handled a theft complaint over the phone that occurred on North Mulberry Street.

October 29
Officers responded to Marion Street in reference to a disturbance. The complainant reported that a male used a baseball bat and busted out the windows of his house. The officer did observe two broken windows and collected a baseball bat from the scene. This report is under investigation.

A male who lives on West Lamartine Street reported a theft from his vehicle. A report was filed.

Officers were dispatched to Shalimar Drive in reference to a disturbance.

October 31
An officer was dispatched to the Super 8 Motel on Coshocton Avenue for a female that gulled the fire alarm. Jessica Wardrop was issued a summons for inducing panic.

Units were dispatched to the 100 block of East Lamartine Street for a disturbance. Upon arrival, units spoke to the complainant who advised that he was assaulted. The complainant declined a medic and an officer attempted to locate the suspect but was unsuccessful. A short time later, the officer spoke to the suspect via cell phone and he advised that he was in Loudonville. A report was taken, investigation pending.

Taiylor M. Romine was cited for expired license plates.

October 29
Justin M. Cain was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Jeremy A. Morris was charged with resisting arrest and was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Jeffrey L. Moore was cited for license plate light required.
Joseph Z. Fulton was cited for reckless operation and failure to reinstate.
Tammy J. Griffith was cited for starting and backing vehicles.
Michael P. Cosner was cited for turning at intersections.

October 30
Isiah K. McPeak was charged with resisting arrest and was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Darrell L. Mathias Jr. was cited for driving under suspension – child support/unpaid fines/license.

October 31
Michael E. Durst Jr. was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Patricia M. Alverson was cited for speed.
Freda D. Parrott failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
