October 27
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Meadow Lane in Gambier Ohio on a possible domestic incident where suicidal threats were made. Deputies arrived on the scene and collected written statements as well as photo evidence of damage done to the residence. A BOLO was put out for the suspect, Chase C. Green. Deputies later made contact with Green and issued them a summons in lieu of arrest for the damages.

Deputies were called to respond to a residence in Apple Valley in Howard, Ohio on a report of a person making suicidal comments. The individual was located and transported to the hospital without incident.

October 28
Deputies were dispatched to a residential facility on Wooster Road Mount Vernon, Ohio 43050 on a female attempting self-harm and making suicidal comments. Deputies arrived on the scene and made contact with the facilities staff as well as the resident. The resident was transported by Mount Vernon EMS voluntarily to the Knox Community Hospital to be evaluated by the Behavioral Health Partners.

Deputies were dispatched to Columbus Road on an activated alarm. Deputies responded to the scene and found an unsecured door. The business was checked and the door was re-secured.
