Wildlife Wednesday – National Bat Week

It’s Wildlife Wednesday and we are getting a little “batty” today as we celebrate National Bat Week!
Did you know that at least 10 species of bats are commonly found in Ohio? Two species — Indiana bats and northern long-eared bats — are federally listed. The remaining species are all protected under state law. For more info on bats from our Ohio Division of Wildlife, download the Mammals of Ohio Field Guide at https://ohiodnr.gov/…/Mammals%20of%20Ohio%20Field…. Ohio Department of Education
