October 19
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Jelloway Road in Danville on a possible unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. The victim/complainant called in advising that his live-in girlfriend was highly intoxicated and had taken his vehicle without permission and heading to Richland County. A BOLO was put out to Richland County in an attempt to locate the girlfriend and the vehicle. Contact was made with the complainant at the residence and he advised that if the vehicle was not returned by 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, he would pursue criminal charges against the girlfriend. Statements were collected and a report was written.

A complainant contacted the Knox County Sheriff’s Office regarding a theft of fuel.

A complainant reported that someone drove into her yard, causing the grass to be smashed down. A report was requested for documentation.

A complainant reported her husband violated a protection order and put a tracking device on her vehicle. The vehicle was looked over and no tracking device was located. A report has been done for documentation.

A deputy was dispatched to West Scott Lane in Gambier for a reported overdose. Dispatch advised that there wasn’t much information to be passed on. The deputy responded and made contact with the subject.

A deputy spoke to a complainant by telephone. The complainant wanted to speak to someone about a theft from his residence.
