We need more help, and as much as Zoey wants to come to work with me she’s not quite old enough so WE’RE HIRING!
The opening we have will be a mix of opening and closing shifts, but set in a predictable manner that allows for planning your time off. We set the schedule in bi-weekly periods and this position will be 30-40 hours per week depending on how your days off fall (~70 per pay period). Weekend availability is a must, but you will be scheduled with at least two days off during the week (and at least one every other weekend!).
Applicants must be at least 18 years old in order to sell ALL of our products, not prone to theft (don’t even try, there’s cameras all over the place), and must be able to read someone’s ID so as not to accidentally sell fireball shooters to toddlers.
Other than that, not much else is required. It’s pretty straightforward:
- Customer asks for product
- Hand it over
- Collect payment
- Repeat
- In between those interactions, place more product on the shelf, do some light cleaning, escape the elements and watch some sick TikToks in the heated and air-conditioned office, and occasionally put an order away.
The job starts at $10/hr and we try to be as flexible as we can with the schedule to work with everyone’s needs.
