Offenses

September 29
A male who lives on East Vine Street reported a theft that occurred at his residence. A report was filed.

Officers responded to Harcourt Road on a reported domestic. Upon arrival, contact was made with the suspect and complainant. It was determined there was enough evidence to make the arrest for domestic violence. The suspect was arrested without incident. Written statements were collected and a report was taken. Nothing further to report at this time.

September 30
An officer was dispatched to the 300 block of Prospect Street for a theft. A statement was collected and an investigation is pending.

October 1
An officer responded to a threats complaint on Franklin Street.

An officer responded to North Main Street in reference to domestic violence. Nothing further at this time and any new information will be supplemented.

October 2
An officer was dispatched to handle a theft over the phone. A license plate was entered as stolen, no charges have been filed.
Unite responded to Howard Street for a disturbance. Guy Mills was arrested and charged with domestic violence and assault. Tammi Jones was charged with DOC persist.

A female who was at Riverside Park reported a theft.

October 3
Officers responded to Speedway on Columbus Road on a report of a theft. One female was located and arrested.

Luke M. McKay was cited for expired license plates.
Zachariah G. Clark was cited for DUS – driving under OVI suspension.

October 2
Guy A. Mills was charged with assault and domestic violence.
George M. Hess was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Harry B. Young IV was cited for not motorcycle endorsement.
Samantha D. Brokaw was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead
Dakota D. Eckert was cited for drive onto road/duty to yield.

October 3
Andrew R. Lehman was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Jesse M. McCloy was cited for left of center.
