Job Description
Come join Donley Ford of Mt Vernon’s Parts Department!
Responsibilities:
- Excellent customer service
- Receiving and processing all parts orders
- Understanding of parts inventory
- Notify customers and service advisor of parts arrival when received
- Prepare items for returns and shipping
- Ability to locate availability of parts if out of stock
- Answers phone calls, providing price quotes over the phone
- Offering basic advice about parts selection
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with auto parts sale preferred but not required
- Ability to work in fast-paced work environment
- Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
