September 27
Deputies were connected via phone to a complainant about a parking complaint. The complainant’s ex-girlfriend had abandoned a vehicle on his property and he could not get it towed without a report taken. Information was gathered and a report was taken.

Deputies were dispatched to the Harcourt Motel in Mount Vernon on a theft. The victim said that he had a guest stay the night before and that when she started acting erratic, he asked her to leave. The complainant said he then contacted management and they ordered her to leave. The complainant said she left but refused to take off his sweatshirt. A report was taken.  Bodycam video was taken during this call.

Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Gessling Road in reference to an elderly male that was found unresponsive. A report was filed to document the incident.

The Victim advised she was assaulted by her boyfriend. We were unable to locate the boyfriend and the victim refused a statement as well as charges. The report will be sent to the City Law Director for review.
