Offenses

September 15
An officer responded to 5 North Gay Street on a report of vandalism that occurred on September 11th at Lowes. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the complainant who stated that someone struck her vehicle with a shopping cart. A written statement was collected and a report was taken.

September 16
an officer responded to West Gambier Street on a reported burglary. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the complainant who stated that someone broke into the garage he rents on West Gambier Street on June 20th. A statement was left to complete. There are several items believed to be missing. The complainant is unsure what all is missing and will call in when the statement is complete.

Officers were dispatched to assist probation on West Vine Street in reference to an outstanding warrant.

An officer responded to the City Law Director’s Office in reference to a domestic violence investigation. The investigation continues.

An officer responded to a residence on Braddock Street in reference to a reported burglary. A report was taken and will be forwarded to the detective division for further review.

September 17
An officer responded to a complaint of a fight at Memorial Park.

A business on Coshocton Avenue reported an associate that had been caught stealing from the business. The associate who was identified as Jeremiah Smith admitted to the business employees of the theft. Smith was issued a summons for theft and released. A report was filed.

September 19
An officer responded to Clinton Road in reference to threats. A report will be forwarded to the City Prosecutor to review for possible charges.

September 17
Zearl L. Mitchem Jr was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Charles E. Huff was cited for red light.
Winson E. Burnom was cited for expired license plates.
Rebekah A. Davison was cited for OVI – refuse chemical test with previous, reckless op, and OVI – Under the influence.

September 18
Max W. Bricker Jr. was cited for FRA & Random Verification suspension.
Justin K. Counts was cited for operator/chauffeur license required.

September 19
Desteni L. Peters was cited for expired license plates.
