Full Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Complete process to fund indirect deals produced through the CRIF online system
- Identify and resolve indirect loan deal issues requiring follow up with a lender and/or dealer
- Fulfill daily ACH and account transfer funding requests
- Process dealer chargeback activity including invoicing, dealer follow up and reporting
- Monitor CRIF and ACH reconciliation reports related to the funding workflow and proactively work to resolve issues identified
- Provide assistance and additional training to support other funding and servicing team members’ duties
- Identify opportunities, make suggestions and initiate discussion with the supervisor as needed to improve the efficiency and overall direction of the team
- Maintain knowledge of processes through periodic and ongoing training
- Participate in annual procedure review related to processes
- Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank’s compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and applies them to their daily tasks
- Other duties as assigned.
- Specialist II advancement typically requires 12-24 months’ experience as a specialist I with general guidance and supervision along with acceptable performance in all primary responsibilities. In addition to the responsibilities above, Specialist II candidates may also be responsible for the following:
- Coordinate dealer chargeback activity, including invoicing, dealer follow up and reporting
- Updating department procedures and processes related to Indirect Funding Specialist responsibilities
- Assist in training and/or mentoring Specialist I team members
- Initiate process improvement opportunities
- Support Indirect Funding Team Lead and Supervisor by completing projects or other short-term initiatives as requested
SCHEDULE
A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Generally, this position will require 40 hours per week Monday – Friday as well as periodic overtime based on loan volume. Department hours are Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. This position has an opportunity for flex scheduling, such as 6:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. There are no Saturdays required.
