Offenses

July 14
An officer was dispatched to Walmart for an abandoned vehicle in the parking lot.
An officer was dispatched to an apartment complex on Vernedale Drive for a theft from a vehicle. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complainant, who advised that sometime from July 7 to July 14, 2021, someone entered her unlocked vehicle and stole property from her vehicle. The complainant advised that her Garmin GPS was stolen from the center console. No surveillance cameras were available. A statement was collected.
An officer was dispatched to a parking lot near South Main Street and East Gambier Street for vandalism. Upon arrival, the officer made contact with the complainant who advised his rear window of his vehicle was broken. A statement and pictures were collected.

July 15
An officer was dispatched to speak with someone in reference to a possible violation of a CPO.
Units were dispatched to the 700 block of Upper Fredericktown Road for a 911 hang-up. Upon arrival, units spoke with the complainants and collected statements. This report will be forwarded to the City Law Director’s Office for review.
an officer responded to North Mulberry Street in reference to an assault. Nothing further at this time and any new information will be supplemented.

July 18
An officer handled a domestic violence complaint that occurred on Chester Street.

July 16
Martin F. Reyes was cited for oversize/weight vehicle on local streets.
Makenna L. Roberts was cited for operation at a stop sign.
Damien Lee Griswold was cited for operation at a stop sign.
Matthew K. Swaim was cited for operation at a stop sign.
Brooke C. Stone was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.
Lee S. Schuch Jr. was cited for failure to re-instate.

July 17
William T. Parker was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.
Lisa C. Salter was cited for operator/chauffeur license required.
Emma G. Keyse was cited for drive on road/duty to yield.
Destiny M. Long was cited for driving under an FRA suspension and failure to control.
Cody J. M. Lewis was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.

July 18
Carley M. Kuhn was arrested on an outstanding warrant and was cited for driving under suspension/revocation.
Lee M. Konkler was cited for failure to reinstate.
Brian K. Hunter was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.
