Direct Care Position: Immediate start and flexible Hours in Mount Vernon, Ohio.
Salary Range $12.25-$14.00 an hour depending on longevity add on and shift differentials.
Creative Foundations is seeking Team Members to provide direct care support to individuals with developmental disabilities. #LifeCoach

Must Meet Minimum Qualifications:
– Reliable automobile to transport individuals
– Satisfactory driving record from the Ohio BMV with no more than 5 points
– Proof of High School Diploma or G.E.D
– Must have a current Driver’s License
– Must be at least 18 years old
– Satisfactory criminal background check
