Heart of Ohio USA Days Only a Week Away

It is just a week away from show time! We hope you are all as excited as we are! Remember! No parking this year although a new field is being seeded as we speak so next year we will be back in business! Please park at the high school west of town and two buses will be shuttling you back and forth! Thursday night you may park in the park itself as crowds tend to be smaller that evening.

Bring the kids! The Little Miss Liberty and Little Uncle Sammy pageant will be held on stage at 7 followed by Remy and Friends, where the kids will get to assist in various activities including magic, illusions, ventriloquism, juggling, balloon animals, etc. They are going to love this! Then everyone comes down Friday night for two country bands beginning at 6!
Saturday is a full day with our amazing parade at 11, this year honoring our local Viet Nam War hero, Capt. Peter Hayden Chapman. He was shot down during a famous rescue mission and he and his crew’s remains were not found for 25 years! His family members will be on a float in his honor. The presentation at the park will begin immediately after the parade and it will be a moving tribute.
At 12:30 Elsa and Anna of Frozen will be live on stage for some musical songs and dances and then retire to the shady area for meet and greet pictures till 4:30! Registration for kids’ tractor pull is at 1 and pulls start at 2!
That evening will be rock and roll night again with two bands at 6! Fireworks will follow at 10. Of course, the usual rides, midway games, build a bear, craft displays and sales, and all that delicious fair food we missed out on in 2020 will be there to entice you with the mingling aromas of every kind of fair food your hearts desire!
See you there!
