Offenses

May 27
An officer responded to Taylor Road in reference to a domestic violence complaint. Both parties were separated and a report was taken. The report will be forwarded to the City Law Director for review.

An officer was dispatched to an apartment at Shalimar Drive in reverence to a vandalism complaint. The complainant stated that an unknown person(s) broke the left rear window to her car and also appeared to pry at the driver’s door. An investigation is pending.

May 30
An officer spoke to a complainant over the phone in reference to a theft of medication at Beechtree Apartments. A report was taken.

A business on Coshocton Avenue reported a theft. The suspect, Carlotta Clark, was stopped prior to leaving the business and admitted to the theft. She was issued a summons for theft and released. A report was filed.

An officer was dispatched to Baker’s IGA in Mount Vernon for a disturbance. Joseph Stanford was arrested for assault and left in custody and care of the Knox County Jail.

May 31
Units responded to a residence on Shalimar Drive in reference to domestic violence. Upon arrival, units spoke with the victim who stated that she was shoved and pushed to the ground on multiple occasions. The victim stated that the suspect had left prior to the officer’s arrival. Charges were issued for the suspect.

An officer was dispatched to a business on Mount Vernon Avenue in reference to a vandalism/theft complaint. The complainant stated that the catalytic converter was cut off of his RV. An investigation is pending.

Brittany D. Lyon was charged with assault.

May 29
Logan M. Annett was cited for driving under a 12 point suspension.
Timothy J. Kupiec was cited for driving under an FRA suspension
Bobby J. Frye was cited for fictitious plates and driving under a 12 point suspension.
Nathan Parke was cited for child restraint and fictitious plates.

Max W. Bricker Jr. was cited for operation at a stop sign and driving under suspension.
Constance M. Pikaart was cited for driving under an FRA suspension.
Joseph Stanford was charged with assault.
