Offenses

May 12
Units responded to a residence on North Gay Street in reference to a possible drug overdose.

May 13
An officer responded to a theft complaint on West Chestnut Street.

May 14
An officer was dispatched to North Sandusky Street for a disturbance. McKenzie Roush was arrested on an outstanding warrant and transported to the Knox County Jail.

May 15
Officers responded to North Sandusky Street for a disturbance. The female was arrested for disorderly conduct while in a medical facility and taken to Knox County Jail for her mental evaluation.

May 16
An officer was dispatched to a disturbance on North Sandusky Street. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the complainant, who stated that the cashier mistakenly gave money back when she should have received money. A report was taken and a written statement was left to complete.

A harassment complaint was received from a female that lives on Longitude Drive. The subject that was harassing the complainant was contacted and advised not to be back on her property and not to have any more contact with her.

An officer observed Joseph Z. Fulton on West High Street. Dispatch advised that Fulton had a warrant and the jail would accept him. Fulton was secured in handcuffs, in the front position, gapped appropriately and double locked. While searching Fulton’s property, he had a glass smoking pipe with burnt residue and a small magnetic box that contained multiple small clear baggies. Fulton was transported to the Knox County Jail where he was incarcerated. Fulton was issued a court summons for possession of drug paraphernalia.

An officer responded to North Main Street in reference to a dog bite.

Officers were dispatched to North Center Street for a disturbance. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the complaint about the incident. A statement was collected. The report will be forwarded to the City Law Director’s Office for review.

An officer responded to North Gay Street in reference to a disturbance.

Christopher Hays was cited for failure to display license plates.
