Jim Edick and Vicki Carney present the Kiwanis Good Citizenship Award to Logan Kaufman. Logan has contributed to his community through his many years in Boy Scouts. He became an Eagle Scout three years ago and is responsible for building the pavilion at Columbia Elementary.
His determination, dedication, and kindness will be missed next year.
