Offenses

May 6
an officer responded to a residence on West Gambier Street on the report of an assault. The officer spoke with the complainant, who stated that she was assaulted by a female on West Gambier Street. A squad was requested for injuries to the face. A written statement was collected and both females were issued a summons for disorderly conduct by fighting.
An officer responded to a residence on East Vine Street in reference to criminal trespass.

May 7
Units were dispatched to West High Street in reference to a disturbance.
An officer received information of a harassment on Oak Street Extension.
An officer was dispatched to Newark Road in reference to a burglary.
An officer responded to Riverside Park on a theft from a vehicle complaint. A report was filed for the alleged incident. The stolen items were entered into L.E.A.D.S.
An officer spoke with a female over the phone in reference to a fraud. The female indicated that she received several phone calls advising her that she had a warrant for her arrest and requested money to rid the warrant.
An officer spoke with a female reporting fraudulent purchases with her debit card. The investigation will be forwarded to the Detective Division.

May 9
A shoplifting was reported to MVPD.
An officer responded to a theft complaint on West Curtis Street.

Holly N. Daniels was charged with illegal use or possession of drugs, possessing drug abuse instruments and possession of drugs

Nathaniel P. Goudy was cited for driving under an FRA suspension, failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead and stopping after an accident on public roads or highways.
Hayes A. Chaffin was cited for driving under OVI suspension.
Mason A. Muralt was cited for changing lanes without safety.
Ethan A. Tucker was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
Corey B. Woods was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

May 8
Robert E. Love was cited for fictitious plates and driving under an FRA suspension.

May 9
Lauralee J. Biddle was cited for failure to re-instate.
