Licking/Knox Goodwill Industries Inc., provides training, employment, and support services to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. DAYS/HOURS:
30-40 hours per week – summer months (June 1st – August 17th), during scheduled Summer Youth sessions.

Monday – Friday, during the hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
RATE OF PAY:
$14.00 – 15.00/hr – Non-Exempt
DUTIES:
Assist with individual and group training sessions in job readiness and career exploration, helping participants understand the job seeking
process, the abilities to meet employer expectations, work behaviors, and social skills awareness.
Identify and respond to participant behavior issues.
Communicate with parents/guardians about participant’s experiences and report concerns to Career Services Specialist.
Assist in maintaining accurate program records including incident reports, logbook documentation, and daily attendance.

REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree or College Intern preferred with courses in such subjects as social services, rehabilitation or psychology. Equivalent
experience may be considered for part of the educational requirements.
Must meet security requirements.
