Offenses

April 21
While doing a house check with Adult Probation, on Upper Fredericktown Road, an officer found drugs. The drugs were taken and placed into evidence for disposal.

An officer responded to North Main Street on a reported theft. Upon arrival, the officer spoke to the complainant who completed a written statement. A report was taken. Nothing further to report at this time.

April 22
An officer responded to Howard Street on a reported burglary. Upon arrival, the officer spoke with the complainant, who stated that two individuals broke into the building and took items from the vending machine. A written statement was left to complete. A report was taken. Nothing further to report at this time.

April 23
An officer responded to a business on West Vine Street in reference to a vandalism.

Ginger K. Tablett was cited for full time and attention.
Phillip J. Herald was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead.

April 25
Elija J. Jones was charged with possession of drugs.
Brant M. Neitzelt was cited for OVI – .17 or more per alcohol per 210 liters of breath, driving under the influence of alcohol, stopping after accident on public roads or highways and failure to control.
Miles E. Swartz IV was cited for red light.

Denny W. Dilldine was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
