April 8
A complainant advised she gave who she thought was pay pal technical support access to her computer to fix her pay pall account. The complainant stated that the pay pal technical support requested her credit card information and she stated that they charged her twice for $3,221.99.

April 9
A complainant called KCSO and advised that he was behind a vehicle that was driving recklessly on the road. Another complainant called KCSO and stated that the male individual has something in his hand and believed it could be a gun. Deputies and Danville PD responded to the incident location. Kevin L. Looker was arrested and is still under investigation.

April 10
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Divelbiss Road on the report of a disturbance. After Deputies arrived on the scene and spoke with wittinesses, a juvenile was arrested and taken to juvenile detention for domestic violence.

A complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to report that a car cover was stolen off of their car during the overnight hours of April 9, 2021 – April 10, 2021. A report was filed to document the incident. At this time there are no suspects in this case.

The Knox County Sheriff’s Office was contacted and dispatched to Owl Creek Church Rd. for a suspicious vehicle.

Deputies responded to the area of New Delaware Rd. for a suicidal subject. The subject was located with injuries and was treated on scene by EMS personnel. The subject was transported to KCH voluntarily for mental health evaluation.

April 11
Deputies responded to the area of Newark Rd. for a report of drugs found in a driveway. Drugs were collected, placed into evidence and a report was taken.

A complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to file a report on the father of their children violating a court order. A report was filed to document the incident. This case is pending review by the Knox County Juvenile Court.

A complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office to file a theft report. The complainant advised that while their camper was stored at the Knox County Fairgrounds unknown person(s) had broken into the building and had stolen their power jack assembly, camper battery and cut several wires. A report was filed to document the incident. At this time there are no suspects in this case.

A complainant advised that a Non-Offense Victim threatened to harm himself after he was told to leave the house.

A complainant contacted Knox County Sheriff’s Office regarding a crash that occurred at the Bird Cemetery located on Columbus Rd.

Deputies responded to the area of Columbus Rd: Colonial Terrace for a disturbance. The complainant called to report his neighbor came to his house and was banging on his front door, armed with a knife. The suspect was located and transported to Knox Community Hospital for a mental evaluation.
