Deputies were dispatched to Wiggin Street Elementary in Gambier on a suspicious vehicle parked in the roadway. Deputies were able to make contact with the vehicle owner, in-which they advised to go ahead and tow the vehicle away from this location. On The Spot Towing arrived on-scene shortly after and took possession of the vehicle.
A complainant called and advised that the suspect purchased a Stihl Chainsaw using a credit card. The credit card company contacted the business and advised them that the purchase was being disputed by the owner of the credit card, who was not the customer that purchased the item.
