February 23
Deputies were called to East Knox to check the welfare of a student. The matter is currently under investigation. A report will be completed and sent to Children’s Services.
A complainant advised that someone used the victim’s identity to collect unemployment benefits.
A complainant reported an incident of domestic violence from overnight. Jacob L. Boucher was arrested.
A complainant advised that someone used her information in an attempt to collect unemployment benefits.
February 24
Deputies attempted to stop a vehicle for failing to use a turn signal. The diver of the vehicle bailed from the car and fled into a wooded area. Deputies, with the assistance of the Mount Vernon Police Department’s K-9 unit, located the driver, Jason W. Hogan, and arrested him for an active warrant. Hogan was transported to the Knox County Jail and turned over to jail staff.
