NASA Rover Mars Landing

NASA will be landing a rover on Mars at about 3:55 pm today so you should check it out! Perseverance will take 7 minutes to descend Mars’ thin atmosphere and hopefully parachute safely to the Martian surface. From there, it will explore Jezero Crater, the site of an ancient lake that existed 3.9 billion years ago, and search for microfossils in the rocks and soil there. Everybody at SPI will have our fingers crossed for a successful landing!
