Laith Suliman, 24, of Mount Vernon, was sentenced to 15 years in prison on three counts of sexual battery after pleading guilty to a Bill of Information.
Suliman engaged in sexual conduct with a family member over an extended period of time. The sentence was a joint recommendation reflecting the serious and repeated conduct.
He will serve a 5 year term of post-release control after prison release and will be required to register as a sex offender for life.
The case was investigated by MVPD Det. Tim Arnold and prosecuted by Assistant Prosecutor Christine Williams.
