February 2
A female reported that a male was refusing to leave her residence and making threats to her. Deputies responded but the male left upon their arrival. A report was filed.
A complainant stated that the victim approached her and advised that he had approximately $6,000 in cash taken from his safe in his home on Monday, February 1, 2021, between the hours of 9:45 AM and noon.
A complainant advised that two catalytic converts were stolen from company vehicles over the weekend. A report was made and there are no suspects at this time.
A complainant advised that someone used his identity to collect unemployment benefits.
February 3
A complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office and advised that she received a call from her employer stating that someone had filed for unemployment with her information. The complainant advised that she did not file for unemployment or give anyone permission to file for her.
