January 23
A deputy spoke to a complainant at his residence about an incident that took place including E-bay. The complainant stated that he had ordered a golf driver off of E-bay and had not received the item even though it was said to have been delivered.

January 24
A complainant called the Knox County Sheriff’s Office stating that her foster child had attempted to harm herself by taking pills. The juvenile was then transported to Knox Community Hospital for evaluation.

Deputies and medics responded to a residence on Old Mansfield Road because an adult male was experiencing adverse side effects from using an illicit drug. The male was transported to the Knox Community Hospital for medical treatment.

Deputies were dispatched to East Main Street in Centerburg on a suicidal female. Dispatch advised the female had taken pills in an attempt to kill herself. Deputies arrived on the scene and made contact with the non-offense victim. The individual was taken to St. Ann’s Hospital voluntarily by Centerburg EMS.

Deputies responded to a residence on Sychar Road for a domestic violence incident. Deputies obtained statements from the victim and family members. The suspect left the residence before law enforcement’s arrival. A warrant was issued for domestic violence and menacing for Colton A. Pelton. Pelton turned himself in at the Knox County Jail without incident.
